Joining Tournament
You may view and register for upcoming Mahjong tournaments by selecting the "Tournament tab" in the Mahjong Client main lobby. You will see all Mahjong tournaments in progress ("Running"), recently completed Mahjong tournaments ("Completed"), and Mahjong tournaments, which begin soon ("Registering" or "Announced").
If a Mahjong tournament is in the "Registering" state, highlight that tournament by clicking on it, then click on the Tournament Lobby button. Once the Tournament Lobby screen opens, click on Register.
Multi-table tournaments
Multi-table tournaments are announced with a set start time. A player can register to a tournament by paying the entrance fee and the buy-in. When the tournament starts, you will automatically be placed at the initial table. A multi-table tournament consists of a series of time-limited games.
After each game, players are reseated to meet new opponents.
During the tournament, the table points are accumulated, and the player that has most points at the end of the tournament wins the pre-determined prize. See below for the payout structure.
